Every parent and guardian at Morning Star is automatically a PAC member — how involved you want to be is completely up to you! Whether you have five minutes or want to take on a bigger role, there’s a place for you.

Our meetings are open to all. They’re a great way to meet other parents, hear from school leaders, and learn simple ways to support our school community.
When: Second Thursday, every other month at 8:15am
Where: Stage next to the gymnasium

PAC Committees keep our biggest programs running — from fundraising to events to enrichment. Every committee is led by a Board Member and always welcomes volunteers.
Fundraising Committee
Help support fundraisers like the Fun Run and Restaurant Nights, secure raffle prizes, or bring fresh fundraising ideas.

Enrichment Committee
Support community events (Bingo, Year-End Party), after-school programs, and Staff Appreciation.

Help organize our beloved Ice Rink, Garden program, and Yearbook contributions.

Assist with budgeting, financial reviews, and long-term initiatives like the Playground Campaign.

Each January, we open nominations for the PAC Board. Positions include:
President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Fundraising Coordinator, Enrichment Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, Communications Coordinator.
If you want to help shape PAC priorities or lead a committee, you’re welcome to nominate yourself or recommend someone else. Fresh perspectives are always encouraged!

Throughout the year we need extra hands for events, fundraisers, the Ice Rink, Garden projects, Yearbook photos, and more. Just keep an eye on your email for volunteer calls throughout the year.
